FXDX: Putting more fire in the belly of a TC88: 2 - Bang-For-Buck

We’ll be picking up the concept of engine upgrades for more modern motors in AmV39 - due out in early February - but in the meantime, I’ve decided to give myself a bloody good Christmas present.

So, I’m going to start talking to dealers about what is possible and for how much. I guess what I really need first is some kind of bang-for-buck matrix.

Graham,

How's the deliberations coming along? I've just replaced the rear shockers with Hagon Nitros in an attempt to calm the back end down when things get a bit hectic and I foresee replacing the front fork oil as I thinks it's still the original stuff in there.
I've just got some back issues from Andy and now I want to save my pennies for a stroker motor!!!

Apologies for the delay - normal service has now been resumed.

I have made some progress with my matrix with prices ranging from £1,500 to £4,500!!!

BUT I'm getting more questions than answers which is really frustrating.

I need to try some of the mods and a trip to a couple of dealers is being planned as we speak.
